I have been passionate about helping people find their dream roles across Asia for over 15 years as a professional recruiter based out of Hong Kong. I am so passionate that I pivoted from recruiting to coaching a few years ago. While it was great to fill the roles with great candidates, I discovered that I loved offering a nuanced perspective on how best to win the role and career move.

I took this passion as a cue to take a short break to upskill professionally. I became an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) certified Practitioner and an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Certified Transformation Coach and weaved a qualified framework around my consultancy services, so I could help people build their personal brands, pivot careers or find their dream roles.

What am I like as a person? (Am I someone you would like to work with?) I like to live life to the full and have a relentless spirit and passion. This doesn’t mean I am one of those whose energy is ‘in your face’, think of it more as a positive vibe you can feed off.  Just like you, I have encountered failures and made mistakes, but it is how you embrace and learn from them that marks you out for greater things.

Outside of professional life, I am constantly curious. I am exploring new things, constantly learning. I am currently exploring my growing interest in metaphysics more deeply and I am getting in touch with my ‘inner millennial’ by acquiring some digital marketing skills (building this website was one of those challenges). Other than that, I expand my horizons with travel and practising yoga and meditation and like any good Asian, I love great food.
